Transit time is generally 2-3 business days and is 1 business day for customers located in the NW. Orders placed after 11am are processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed before 11am ship same business day.

How do you ship your frozen products?
All perishable products are kept frozen before shipping. Because our transit time is so short, we ship these items dry and recommend that you freeze or refrigerate upon receipt.
Where are all your chocolate food items?
Due to the melting nature of chocolates during transit in the hotter seasons, we only offer chocolate items during the months of September through March.
How do I cancel my order?
You must send your cancellation request to us before 9am the next day. Please provide your full name and order number (if available).
